Shipping and delivery

Orders bound for Denmark via Garphyttan.com are shipped using either PostNord or DHL. For purchases surpassing 1.000 kr, we consistently offer free delivery through PostNord.

We provide delivery services to addresses within Denmark. However, deliveries to Greenland and the Faroe Islands are not supported.

PostNord MyPack Collect: Delivery to a pick-up point is available at 49 kr with a delivery duration of 2-4 business days. This service is complimentary for purchases exceeding 1.000 kr.

DHL Service Point: Delivery to a pick-up point is available at 49 kr with a delivery timeframe of 2-5 business days.

Unclaimed Packages

We reserve the right to charge 300 kr for unclaimed packages to cover our expenses.

Returns and exchanges

We always strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. When shopping at Garphyttan, you always have the opportunity to change your mind within 30 days from receiving your product. This means you have a full month from the delivery of your order to initiate your return. Our aim is for you to be entirely content with your purchase, and our generous return policy provides you ample time to consider your choice.

Online return:

1. Log in to My Pages and select My Orders. If you have forgotten your password or do not have one, click on Forgot your password. If you have placed an order, you automatically have an account.
Select the order you wish to return. Click on Register a return and specify the products to be returned and the reason for the return. Click Submit Form.
Click Download a return label and print your return label, then attach it to the package.
Seal the package securely. The product must be unused, and all labels and tags must still be on the product. Then, drop off the package at your nearest pick-up point.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will automatically hear from us. The refund will be made in the same way you paid for the order. In connection with an approved return, you will be charged 49 kr. for the return. Remember to keep your return receipt until we have received your package. Please note that any shipping costs associated with your order will not be refunded.

Online Exchange:

To exchange an item, follow the above instructions. Then, place a new order with the product you wish to exchange for. You will then be refunded for the original order. If you have paid via Klarna invoice, Klarna will adjust or cancel your invoice.

On each product page, we provide information about any size variations as well as details about the fit and the background behind its design. We've meticulously measured all our products and their sizes, summarizing this information under the 'Size Guide' on each product's page. To find the right size, a useful tip is to measure a favorite garment of a similar type that you already have at home and compare these measurements with the table provided. Also, don't miss out on the reviews, where you can glean tips and insights from other customers.

Important Information About Returns

If a returned item has been used and tested to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties and function, Garphyttan Original AB reserves the right to deduct a depreciation that may amount to the full price of the product.


As soon as your return has been processed and approved, we will initiate your refund, which always occurs in the same way as the original payment. You will be refunded for the costs of the returned items, minus a return fee of 49 kr. Please note that any shipping costs associated with your order will not be refunded, and if your order was eligible for free shipping, and a return results in the total price of the order falling below the free shipping threshold, shipping costs for the item you keep will be deducted.

If you have paid with Klarna, Klarna will adjust or cancel your invoice. If you have already paid your invoice, the money will be refunded to the account from which it was deducted. We recommend that you always pause your invoice in the Klarna app (iOS/Android) when returning or exchanging, so that the due date is not exceeded!

Return of one or more items from a "3 for 2" offer

If you choose to return one or more products purchased as part of a "3 for 2" offer, the offer will no longer apply. A refund will be processed for the returned item or items based on the actual price of those individual products. If you paid with an invoice through Klarna, it will be adjusted accordingly. Afterward, the full price for the remaining products will be charged in accordance with our current pricing terms.


As a consumer, you have the right to complain for up to two years after the purchase, but the complaint must be made within a reasonable time, defined as within two months after you discover a defect. The right to complain applies to defects that can be traced back to production and therefore do not result from normal wear and tear or the age of the product. If you want to make a complaint, follow the same steps as for a return but select complaint as the reason and describe the complaint in the text field.

We pay the return shipping in case of a complaint when you use our issued return label. Items returned by cash-on-delivery will not be processed or approved. In cases where we cannot agree, any dispute must be resolved by the Danish Complaints Board.

Transport damages must be reported within a reasonable time. If you discover that an item is damaged during transport or upon receipt, you must specify this on the waybill when you sign for the receipt.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge 300 kr to cover our costs.


In collaboration with Klarna, we offer card payment (VISA and Mastercard), invoice payment, installment payment, and direct bank payment. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout.

When paying with Mastercard Debit, VISA/Dankort, Visa Debit, which is a debit card, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we charge or reject the payment.

The amount will be charged when the item is shipped. If multiple items have been ordered in one order, and one or more of the items cannot be delivered immediately, we will charge the payment for that item or items when they are shipped.

By providing information at checkout, you accept Klarna's terms. By clicking "Complete Purchase," you accept our terms.

Klarna Checkout needs to identify you to customize the payment methods presented to you. The information you need to provide to identify yourself may vary between different purchase situations and customers. A credit check is never conducted directly in Klarna Checkout, only if necessary depending on the specific payment method

Complaints options

If we cannot agree on what you are entitled to, you have the following complaint options:

You can submit a complaint about a product or service to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus here.

The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Our way of collecting and storing information complies with GDPR, a common set of regulations decided within the EU.

When you place an order with us, you share your personal information. We always handle your personal data with the utmost care and in accordance with applicable regulations. We do not disclose personal information to third parties, but we may share your personal information with companies within the Interteko Group AB group to provide you with more interesting offers and news. By registering and placing an order, you accept that we store and use your information to fulfill the agreement with you. You have the right to receive the information that we have recorded about you in accordance with the Personal Data Act. If the registered information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. Anti-Spam Policy

Interteko Group AB is just as tired of spam as you are, and we therefore have strict rules on how we handle your information. As a customer with us, you may receive emails regarding your order, payment, or other automated communications. You may also receive email, SMS, or other marketing communications containing information, newsletters, or offers. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will receive emails from us containing offers and other information. If you no longer wish to receive such emails from us, you can easily unsubscribe via a link in the email. You will only receive communications from Interteko Group AB or partners within the same group and never from third parties outside the group.

Age limit

To shop on garphyttan.com, you must be 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental permission to order from us.


We reserve the right for local deviations, typographical errors, and out-of-stock items.

Force Majueure

Events such as wars, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, lack of supplies from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances, and similar events beyond the control of Garphyttan Original AB, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, should be attributed to force majeure. This means that Garphyttan Original AB is exempted from its obligations to fulfill agreements entered into.
