Shipping and delivery

How long is the delivery time?
Normally, you will receive your goods within 2-6 business days after we have received your order, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Read more about shipping and delivery here.

How do you ship my order?
The available shipping options may vary depending on where in Denmark you reside. We dispatch our shipments with PostNord and DHL. When you enter your postal code at the checkout, you will see the shipping options available for you!

How much does shipping cost?Shipping is free on all orders over 1000 DKK; for orders below this threshold, a shipping fee of 49 DKK will be applied.

Can I track my order?As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email that you can use to track your order.


Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will have the possibility to cancel an order that has already been placed. Should you wish to cancel your order, we recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible!

I have a discount code. How do I use it?
To activate your discount code, click on "Have a promo code?" when in the checkout. Then simply fill in the code and press "Add" and the discount code should be activated.

Can I change the delivery address?Klarna makes an automatic risk assessment when you enter your social security number at the checkout. Is is this that determines wheter you can choose a different delivery address than the one that you are registered at.

Returns & exchanges

How long is your return policy?
We offer you a 30-day return window, starting from the day you received your shipment.

How do I return an item?
1. Log into My pages and select “Order history and details". If you have forgotten or don’t have a password, click on “Forgotten your password?”. If you have placed an order, an account has automatically been created for you.
2. Select the order you want to return. Click on “Register a return” and choose the product(s) you will return and the reason why. Click on “Submit form”.
3. Click on “Download return label” and print it out and attach it to the parcel.
4. Package the item securely. The product must be unused, and all tags and labels must be on the product. Drop the parcel off at your nearest parcel shop. Remember to keep your receipt until we have received the parcel.
5. As soon as we have received and approved your return, we will automatically contact you. A refund will be issued via the same payment method used when placing the original order. In connection with an approved return, a return fee of 45 kr will be deducted from the refund amount.

How do I make an exchange?
In order to make an exchange, you will need to follow the above instructions. Afterwards, place a new order for the item you wish to exchange your item with. You will then receive a refund for the first order. If you have paid using Klarna invoice, the payment will be adjusted by Klarna.

What happens if I return one or two items from a "3 for 2" offer? What happens if I return one or two items from a "3 for 2" offer? If you choose to return one or more products purchased as part of a "3 for 2" offer, the offer will no longer apply. A refund will be processed for the returned item or items based on the actual price of those individual products. If you paid with an invoice through Klarna, it will be adjusted accordingly. Afterward, the full price for the remaining products will be charged in accordance with our current pricing terms.

Where are your clothes manufactured?Our main production locations are Portugal and Bangladesh, and we are continuously investigating and looking into other production locations in both Asia and Europe. Our ambition is to always be at the forefront regarding material selection, production technology and the fact that all production locations are certified in accordance with BSCI (The Business Social Compliance Initiative). BSCI is a European business-driven cooperation, a so called "code of conduct", for businesses who wish to improve the working conditions in the global supply chain. It concentrates on working conditions and the code of conduct, but BSCI also contains rules for environmental considerations regarding water, air and chemicals.

How should I treat and/or impregnate the clothes?By caring for your outdoor clothing, you will both extend its lifespan while also maintaining its original functionality. Our normal CP/PES fabrics are prime-impregnated with a liquid base that is Oeke-Tex certified, and is naturally water-repellent. To contonuously maintain and improve the water-repellent properties, we recommend treating the clothes with our Original Wax. If you're not sure which garments that can be treated with our wax, please read the product description for the product in question. We also have a selected range of clothing care products from the Swedish company OrganoTex.

How is your fit?On each individual product page, you can read whether a product deviates from the classic sizes. You can also see more about the fit of the garment and the idea behind it. We have also taken exact measurements of all products and their sizes. This is summarized on each product's page under "size guide". If you want to find out what size you should choose, a tip is to measure a favorite garment you have at home and the compare it to the measurements in the table. Don't forget to look through the reviews, there you can find tips and thoughts from other customers!
