Description

Garphyttan Specialist Insulated Jacket W is a lightweight and flexible insulated jacket. The jacket features a stand-up collar that protects and warms the neck.

The jacket is also equipped with ample reinforcements around the shoulder areas that provide good protection against wear and tear. The Specialist Insulated Jacket is equipped with two chest pockets and two hand pockets for storage or for warming the hands. Inside, you will find larger relief pockets where you can store items such as a scarf, gloves, balaclava, or other soft items. Several of the pockets also have internal compartments for storage of various items such as a mobile phone, GPS, and more. These pockets are great for storing battery-powered items so they stay warm and dry.

The Specialist Insulated Jacket has smooth cuffs to fit gloves and a possible outer layer for reinforcement. The jacket is a functional and packable reinforcement garment that, thanks to a synthetic insulation material, is resistant to moisture. It is functional as both an outer layer over a Specialist Fleece and as a mid-layer under a Specialist Anorak.

The reinforced shoulder area on the Specialist Insulated Jacket can advantageously be treated with our Original Wax for improved water-repellent effect.
